Do I need any experience with AI or coding?
No. The class is made for beginners. If you can use a web browser and type a message, you can follow along.
What do I need to bring?
Your own laptop (charged, with the charger) and a free Claude account from claude.ai. Bring one real task from your work too, so you practise on something useful.
Where is the class held?
At DRE Coffee @ Edusphere, Cyberjaya. It's a physical, hands-on class, so you sit with the trainer and work on your own laptop.
How long is a class and how many people join?
Each class is 2 hours. Every time slot takes one booking, so you get the trainer's full attention.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
No, the free plan is enough for the Video and Content topics. Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive in the AI Assistant topic needs a paid Claude plan; we'll show you the options in class.
Can I reschedule or get a refund?
You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your class. Cancel at least 24 hours before for a full refund. After that, refunds aren't available.
How do I pay?
Online through CHIP, a Malaysian payment gateway. You can pay with FPX online banking, debit or credit card, or e-wallets. Your slot is confirmed as soon as payment goes through.
